Master Admin Access Methods

There are three methods that the Master Admin can use to access the Master Server configuration.

Via UCConfig on the PC that hosts ucplus Server:

1. Launch ucplus Server
2. The Master Tenant is critical to system behaviour and should not be deleted*
3. Enter the Master Admin username and password
4. Once the Server loads its GUI, it will present you with the Master Admin options menu

Via UCConfig on another PC:

1. Create a shortcut to the ucplus Server on your desktop
2. Right-click on the shortcut icon and choose "Properties"
3. Go to "Shortcut" tab
4. Change the "Target:" path from "C:\Program Files\ucplus Server\UCConfig.exe" to "C:\Program Files\ucplus Server\UCConfig.exe" hostname or IP address and click "Apply"
5. Run the software
6. Login using the Master Admin credentials
7. Once the Server loads its GUI, it will present you with the Master Admin options menu

Via HTML (current available as beta only):

1. Browse to Host Name or IP Address: 21080
2. Enter the Master Admin username and password
3. Once the HTML GUI loads, it will present you with the Master Admin options menu
