Multi-tenant

Multi-tenancy is a mode of operation that enables a single instance of the ucplus server to support multiple customers (tenants). It can be configured to connect to a single multi-tenant PBX, multiple single tenant PBXs or a combination of both. The multi-tenancy features described here are available from version 2.6.

Please note: The following license types are not available with the multi-tenant server: SIMPLE API (aka SDK), Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Calendar integration.
