Mobile Client Configuration

If the mobile client has been preconfigured on the server the end user will have to only enter in:

1. The server IP address + : + port number + \ + tenant namee.g.147.2.20.14:21050\TenantABC.
2. Enter in an appropriate Dial Through number (assigned to the tenant by the Tenant Master administrator)

If the mobile client has not been preconfigured on the server the end user will have to enter the following information:

1. Apart from the steps (1.) and (2.) mentioned above, mobile user will also have to provide username, password, deskphone extension and mobile extension.
